Andrew Cassidy is an independent corporate and executive coach with a strong focus on leadership and management development in multinational corporations and international organisations.

To remain competitive and relevant, for-profit and non-profit organisations need to continually challenge themselves. Andrew Cassidy responds to this need by offering an individually tailored service addressing the developmental, behavioural and transitional needs of the organisation and its staff.  He provides a well-proven process to help individuals and organisations achieve, and often exceed, their goals.

He expertly draws on the experience of a thirty-year career in leading multinational corporations such as Reuters, Glaxo SmithKline, Mannesman Demag and Unilever and as a founder and President of an IT consulting company. He has had Europe-wide responsibility for IT and Administration. He has successfully managed global and regional (EMEA) IT and HR organisational efficiency projects, leading and coaching real and virtual teams to high performance and successful project conclusions.

At ease in multi-cultural environments, he connects, communicates, challenges and collaborates, as appropriate, to provide a highly professional quality service to achieve the goals and desired business results set by his clients.

 Andrew Cassidy is a graduate in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing; he has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and is a member of the UK Association for Coaching and the International Coaching Federation. He is British. When not working he is an avid reader, a keen golfer, walker and cross country skier.
