Coaching for Skills 

We work with the executive on learning specific skills, attitudes and behaviours that will improve his or her work performance in the current role.

Coaching for Performance 

The executive may already have the skills but feel that he or she could be performing to a higher level in one or more areas. We work with the executive on clarifying the specific areas and the related goals.

Coaching for Development 

We work with the executive to develop the skills and competencies for a future role.

Coaching for the Executive's Agenda 

We work with the executive on a range of personal and work related issues. This type of coaching tends to be more of a long term assignment and coaching sessions can also be arranged on an ad hoc basis. Often it revolves around major strategic or personal challenges and the executive needs a sounding board for ideas and thoughts.

360 Feedback Interpretation and Support 

We work with your executives to help them interpret and understand the feedback they have received, facilitate the setting of goals and individual development plans, and support and encourage them to achieve their goals.

Coaching for Teams 

We work with Executive and Project Teams to improve performance and ensure that the desired objectives are realised. This can and often does lead to coaching of individual team members.

The performance of the expatriate employee is often seriously affected by the ability of the spouse and the rest of the family to integrate into the community, find a job or take up other activities. We work with both the employee and spouse to accelerate the process of integration and finding fulfilment.

Mentor support for in-house coaches 

Many organisations develop managers as coaches and we support and guide these employees as necessary to ensure that they coach effectively and also have a safe place to discuss the difficulties they might encounter in this role.
